Taco Taco is not a departure from Cranes, but a deeper expression of it. The menu reflects how Chef Moncayo cooks today: rooted in Japanese technique and Spanish structure, with Latin flavors showing up boldly and without apology. It’s the soul of Cranes translated into something you can hold in the palm of your hand.

Designed for lunch, the menu spans tacos, wraps, bowls, and shareable plates—playful, layered, and deeply craveable—along with desserts that continue the cross-cultural conversation.
